Born Thursday, August 26, 1965 in New Orleans, Louisiana, she was preceded in death by her father, Emmett B. Thompson; husband, Kevin Bartley; and daughter, Tina Ayres, Those left to cherish her memory include her mother, Opal Jenkins Thompson; children, Dawn Ayres, Michael Ayres, Carolyn Knippers, and Steven Ayres; 5 grandchildren; and siblings, Gilda Wiggins and Woody Thompson, Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at Jordan Hill Cemetery under the direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield.
