Christine Patchen April 02, 1925 – March 02, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Mrs. Christine Patchen, 93, of Kennedy Alabama passed away on March 2nd, 2019, at Arbor Woods Nursing Home in Reform Alabama. Born April 2nd, 1925, to the late Wilson Garrett and Rosie Bell Wolf Garrett, she was the wife of the late George Patchen. She is survived by her daughters, Mary Alice Howard (Hollis) of Sulligent AL, and Rosie Byers (Sonny) of Gordo AL, sisters, Carolyn Rizzo and Glynda Estell, 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Wilson and Rosie Garrett, and her husband, George Patchen. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 3, 2019 at 7:00 PM at Dowdle Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM on March 3, 2019, at Dowdle Funeral Home.

A Private graveside service will be held on Monday, March 4, 2019, at 11:00 AM, at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery at Lyn Crossing AL. Ray Aldridge and Steve Knox will be officiating the service. The Family would like to thank AseraCare Hospice and Arbor Woods Nursing Home for their kind and compassionate service to Mrs. Christine Patchen.
