Christy N. Kraemer, 50, of Stockertown, PA, formerly of Wilson Borough, passed away Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at her home surrounded by her loving family after a five year battle with breast cancer. Born October 13, 1968, in Scranton, PA, she was a daughter of Carles Stout, Sr. and Patricia (Thiel) Stout, of Lake Ariel, PA. She and her husband, Jonathan C. Kraemer, celebrated their 28th wedding anniversary on July 14, 2018.

Christy graduated from the International School in Manila, Philippines. She was employed by Brown-Daub Chevrolet, Nazareth for 31 years. Christy loved traveling.

Since her diagnosis she traveled to Great Britain twice, Sweden, Bermuda, France and the Bahamas! She grew up in Pakistan, Bonn and Frankfurt, Trinidad, East Berlin, Philippines, Iceland, Canada and Turkey. She enjoyed reading, coloring, music and putting the top down in the classic car and cruising to wine tastings.

Surviving in addition to her husband and parents are two sons, Evan M. Kraemer and his partner Jessica Santos, of Bethlehem and Jon Kraemer, at home; two brothers, Curtis W. Stout and Carles E. Stout, Jr., both of Lake Ariel, PA; a sister, Tara L. McClintock and her husband Jeffrey, of Kingsland, GA; a niece, Jessica Varju, two nephews, Robert McClintock and Noah Stout; a grandnephew, Miles Varju; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and her beloved furry kitty, Pumpkin. She was predeceased by her in-laws, John and Jean Kraemer, maternal grandparents, James and Riene Thiel; paternal grandparents, Ernest and Margaret Stout and her toy fox terrier, Lucy. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2pm Sunday in Christ United Church of Christ Social Hall, 109 S. Chestnut Street, Bath, PA 18014.
