Cindy Cox, 59, passed away on July 28, 2018. She was born April 25, 1959, in Akron to Carl and Marjorie Cox. As a child, she enjoyed spending time at the Akron Rotary Club Camp.

She attended Glover Elementary, Roswell-Kent, and graduated from North High School in 1977. She graduated with a communications degree from Kent State University in 1981. She was passionate for tennis and enjoyed reading.

Cindy was preceded in death by her twin sister, Sissy. She is survived by her parents; sisters, Cathy (Rob) Anderson, Amy (Darrell) Caple, Lori (David) Caple; many nieces and nephews; and the rest of her loving family. We will miss her hearty laugh.

Funeral Mass will take place at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, 260 Broad St. Wadsworth, OH on Thursday, August 2, 2018, at 10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Akron Rotary Camp for Children with Special Needs, 4460 Rex Lake Dr., Akron, OH 44319, in memory of Cindy.
