Cindy Renee Manning, 50, of 9 Crestview Dr. Franklin, PA. , died June 24, 2018 at her home following an extended illness. Born June 29, 1967 in Grove City, PA.

, she was the daughter of Errol L. Tarr and Harriet Louise King Mortland. Cindy was a graduate of Franklin High School. She ran a daycare out of her home for many years, she had also worked for the Easter Seals and the Arc in Meadville.

Cindy enjoyed watching tv and was always talking to someone on the telephone. She is survived by four children Tessa Bradford & Andre Williams of Franklin Andrew Poindexter of Franklin Tyleiah Heyward of Harrisburg Alisha Rankin of Erie her mother and step father Harriet &Mike Mortland of Jackson Center her father Errol Tarr of Franklin her boyfriend James “Jimmy” Brown of Ohio her grandchildren Amir Poindexter Zayne Poindexter two brothers Chad Tarr & his wife Bethany of Oil City David Ferricks & his wife Brandy of Reno two sisters Pamela Weller of Reno Darla Pitzarella of Bridgeville as well as several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by close friend Mike Poindexter Cindy was preceded in death by her step mother Sandy Tarr a brother Scott Franklin her life partner Jay Wallace and close friends Chris Poindexter and Cindy Daniels A Celebration of her Life will be held on Saturday from 2-4 P.M. at the Franklin VFW.

Please use Bingo Hall doors. Memorials may be made to Tessa Bradford to help defray expenses. The Reinsel Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
