Obituary for Clara A. Walton Passed away peacefully on July 21, 2018 at the age of 77 years, of Gloucester City, NJ. Devoted mother of Karen Garrett (Robert), Kimberley Kavanaugh (Donald), Clara (Amanda) Greenwood (Charles), Kelly White (George), and Kathy Price (Wayne). Loving grandmother of Krista, Frank, Zachary, Matthew, Sean, Krista, Kaila, Madison, and Alyssa.

Caring great grandmother of Tyler, Jacob and Steven. Preceded in death by her parents William and Clara Richards. With the birth of her children, Clara became a devoted mother making a warm, loving home.

As her children grew and began to marry, Clara opened her arms and made them part of her family, leaving them to feel cherished and loved. As her grandchildren and great grandchildren began to arrive, the light in her grew and her love expanded, as she welcomed each on in to her family. Clara was an active member of St. Mary’s Parish in Gloucester City.

Clara will be remembered by all who have been fortunate enough to have her in their lives as a loving, kind gentle woman whose door was always open and who helped anyone. Everyone who met Clara loved her. As our memories of you remain here with us, a part of our hearts went with you.

Services will be private and held at the convenience of the Family under the direction of the ETHERINGTON-CRERAN FUNERAL HOME, Gloucester City. In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorial donations in Clara’s name be made to St. Mary’s RC Church 426 Monmouth Street, Gloucester City, NJ 08030.
