OBITUARY Clarence J. Rhodes September 4, 1928 – October 26, 2018 Clarence “Whitey” J. Rhodes, age 90 of Ross Township, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 26, 2018. Devoted husband of 67 years to Ida “Honey” G. Rhodes; loving father of Dawn R. Pecanis (Martin); proud grandfather of Dana Simile (Tony); brother of Diane, Joan, Lynne and Michael and the late Marie, Dee Dee, John and Janet. Also survived by nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received 2-4 & 6-8 PM Monday at the H.P. Brandt Funeral Home, Inc., 1032 Perry Highway, Ross Township (412-364-4444). Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Sebastian Church on Tuesday, 10 AM. Entombment will follow in Christ Our Redeemer Cemetery Mausoleum.

Whitey served his country honorably in the US Navy as a Seaman. He worked as a Crane Operator with the Local Union #66 and in later years he owned Wexford Equipment Inc. His granddaughter and her friends enjoyed his loyalty at all of Dana’s sporting events. He loved his girls, Honey, Dawn and Dana.
