OBITUARY Clarence L. Balser April 24, 1920 – January 8, 2019 Clarence L. Balser, 98, passed away January 8, 2019 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on April 24, 1920 in Lockhart, Texas. He was a loving brother, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend who will be dearly missed.

The Visitation will be 2 PM, Friday, January 11, 2019 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with the Funeral Service at 3 PM. The burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Alamo Heights Christian Church.
