Obituary for Claudia Ellen Severin Claudia Ellen Severin – 79 Of Valdosta, passed away on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at her residence. Mrs. Claudia was born on January 29, 1939 to the late Claude and Helen Bamford Horne in Upland, California. She was a member of the Town and Country Garden Club and President of the Garden Society for 2 years.

She was proudly raised by her “Grandma Horne”. Before retiring, she worked as a secretary for the Kofa High School. Mrs. Severin was preceded in death by her son Barney Severin.

Mrs. Severin is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Kenton Severin of Hahira, GA; sons and daughter in laws – Ben & Melissa Severin of Poway, CA and Andy & Margaret Severin of Hahira, GA; grandchildren – Ashley McMillan and Meadow Severin; great grandchildren – Severin McMillan and Meadow Severin; brother and sister in law – Norman and Barbara Phillips of Phoenix, AZ.
