Obituary for Claudia Mae Davis Daniels CLAUDIA MAE DAVIS DANIELS, age 63 of Cornelia, Georgia went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 following an extended illness. Born in Demorest, Georgia on December 05, 1955, she was a daughter of the late Claude King & the late Maebell Davis. Mrs. Daniels was a homemaker and a member of the Shady Grove Baptist Church.

She enjoyed watching wrestling, coloring, raising children, but most of all, spending precious time with her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Harold Davis, Leon Davis, and a sister, Martha Mae Simmons. Claudia leaves behind to cherish her memories, son, Michael Hamilton, daughter, Keysha Hamilton, both of Cornelia, GA; grandchildren, Cody Hamilton, Autumn Hamilton, both of Cleveland, GA; Shyaira Hamilton of Cornelia, GA; great-grandchildren, Abriel & Axton Hullett, Finn Hamilton; sister, Juanita Rucker, Cornelia, GA; brother, Clarence Chavis of Demorest, GA; special nieces, Lateese Davis of Cornelia, GA; Dawn Johnson of Cleveland, GA; Jeanette Jackson of Gainesville, GA; other nieces, nephews, relatives, & friends.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 22, 2018 from the Chapel of McGahee-Griffin & Stewart Funeral Home with Bishop Ernest Burns officiating. Interment will follow in the Level Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12 Noon until the service hour on Saturday.
