OBITUARY Cleo T Lacy December 4, 1924 – February 4, 2019 Cleo T. Lacy (Nannie), 94, of Port Lavaca passed away February 4, 2019. She is survived by her son Edward (Ruby), her daughter Jo and numerous grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Sheriff AP Lacy, son AP (Bubba) Lacy JR and two grandchildren.

She lived focused on eternity, and has now received the great heavenly reward she worked her entire life to achieve. She touched the hearts of everyone she encountered and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Her wishes were to have a simple graveside service — “no frills” were her exact words.

So in honoring her request, a (public) graveside service will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday February 8, 2019 at Greenlawn Cemetery. “You are much loved, don’t be sad for me – I’ve had a good time most of the time – bad times were few. Life is brief – eternity long – judgment sure – obey God.
