Clifford Eugene Bates March 31, 1941 – March 22, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Clifford Eugene Bates, age 77, a Warren County, TN resident and native was born March 31, 1941 and passed away March 22, 2019 at his residence. He was a retired United States Air Force veteran of Vietnam, member of the Assembly of God Church and son of the late Clavence Edward and Edna Scott Bates. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister, Christine Bates and half-brother, Eddie Bates.

Mr. Bates is survived by former wife, Sherry Elaine Bates of Trenton, GA; two sons, Clifford Bates II of Pegram, TN and Bradley Holland of Trenton; two daughters, Donna Price and Marquetta Walker both of Trenton; five grandchildren, Shana Perkins, Heather Nelson, Zachary Radetski, Nelson Holland and Tyler Matthews; nine great-grandchildren, Taylor Perkins, Baylee Perkins, Easton Nelson, Hannah Nelson, Carah Nelson, Lakelynn Holland, Axtyn Holland, Landon Radetski and Chloe Radetski; two sisters, Barbara Gillentine of McMinnville and Lillie Fults of Altamont, TN; and several nieces and nephews.
