DEERING, Clifford Othel, born August 21, 1936 in Cleaton, KY, the fifteenth of seventeen children, departed this life Tuesday, April 30, 2019. He retired from GM/Inland Division and was also a brick mason. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening in his private time.

Clifford was a charismatic man who always had a smile on his face and had a laugh that would make the whole room chuckle. He was a family-oriented man who loved spending time with family and was always there to help anyone in need. Preceded in death by parents, Raymond and Ora K. Deering; son, Ronnie Releford; daughter, Vicki Releford; first wife, Margaret Deering; 16 siblings.

He leaves to cherish his memory, daughter, Kimberly Crook of Atlanta, GA; son, Christopher (Sheena) Deering of Cincinnati, OH; grandsons, Noah Lozano of Atlanta, GA, Zamar, Khalil and Omar Deering of Cincinnati, OH, Deondray and Casey Releford of Dayton, OH, Ralph Mason of Atlanta, GA; granddaughters, Yadah Deering of Cincinnati, OH, Africa Releford of Las Vegas, NV; ex-wife, Pamela Deering of Indianapolis, IN; a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral service 11 am Friday, May 10, 2019 at House of Wheat Funeral Home, Inc., 2107 N. Gettysburg Ave. Visitation 9-11 am.

Family will receive friends 10-11 am. Interment Greencastle Cemetery.
