Clifford W. Crothers, of Exton, passed away on September 27, 2018. Born in Philadelphia, on January 9, 1934 to the late Clifford T. and Anna (nee Berger) Crothers Graduate of Jon Bartram High School Class of 1952. He was a founding member of Landmark Baptist Church in Exton, PA.

He served with the Exton Camp of the Gideons for several years. He most recently attended Victory Baptist Church in Exton and Goshen Bible Church in East Goshen. He retired in 1991 after a lifetime career with PECO.

Clifford enjoyed spending time with his wife Joyce, Watching Eagles football on TV, going out to eat and he enjoyed the companionship of their dog Prissy. He was a devout Christian and had given his life to the Lord at a young age. Married to Joyce E. (nee Montgomery) Crothers, with whom he celebrated 64 years of marriage on September 18, 2018.

Father to Clifford W. , Jr. and Carol A. (nee McGlauflin) Crothers of Downingtown and Deborah J. Willett of Coatesville. Grandfather of Joshua Paul Willett of Skippack, PA, Stacey Lea Willett of Quarreyville, PA, Adam Paul Willett of Greenville, SC, Charity Joy Willett (Paul DiCola) of Mount Morris, NY, Aaron Shawn Willett of Eichstatt, Germany, Lucas Paul Willett of Coatesville, Pa, Noah Paul Willett of Coatesville, Maurissa Joy Willett of Coatesville, Breanna Angel Willett of Coatesville, Alyson Tory Harris and Jen Harris of Claymont, DE. He was predeceased in death by two grandsons; David Paul Willett of Coatesvile and James Paul Willett of Cresson, PA and son-in-law Douglas Charles Willett of Coatesville.

Great-grandfather of Riley Willett of Skippack, PA, Kierra Willett of Coatesville, PA, Jayla Kyung Mowday of Mount Morris, NY, Makayla Rose Sellers of Quarreyville, PA, Nathaniel James Harris of Claymont, DE, Gabrielle Grace of Claymont, DE and Vera Joy DiCola of Mount Morris, NY. Brother of Florence Williames of Edgemont, PA and the late Lillian Stewart. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service on Tuesday, October 2, 2018, 10:30 AM at Victory Baptist Church, 531 E. Uwchlan Ave. , Chester Springs, PA 19425.

Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 10:15 Tuesday at the church prior to the Service. Interment will be at Glenwood Memorial Gardens after refreshments at the church. In lieu of flowers family prefers contributions to Gideons International, P.O. Box 97251, Washington, DC 20090-7251.
