Colleen Bodsford, 92, of 2968 Indian Springs Rd. , Asheboro, died Thursday, December 13, 2018 at Randolph Hospice House in Asheboro. Funeral Services, 2 PM, Sunday, December 16, 2018, at Jordan Memorial United Methodist Church, Ramseur.

Officiating, Rev. Josh Kurtz. Burial, Oaklawn Cemetery, Asheboro.

Colleen was a native and lifelong resident of Randolph County. She was employed in the textile industry with Separation Service Company in Ramseur. Colleen was a member of Jordan Memorial United Methodist Church in Ramseur and the Red Hat Society.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Franklin Bodsford, son, Alfred Bodsford Jr., parents, Colon and Etta Bonkemeyer Bunting, sisters, Martha Hecking, Ava Holcombe, and Jane O’Connor. Survivors: daughter, Susan Bodsford Wesley, and husband, Robert, of Winston Salem, son, Michael Bodsford, of Asheboro, sister, Betty Crowell, of Asheboro, brothers, William Hix Bunting, of Asheboro, James R. Bunting, of Texas, four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren. Visitation, 6 PM to 8 PM, Saturday, Loflin Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ramseur.
