Colleen Helen Palmer passed away peacefully with her family by her side in her home in Owings, Maryland February 4, 2019. Colleen with be remembered for her warm, loving heart, outgoing personality, and her ability to bring happiness and laughter to everyone around her. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles R. Palmer.

Colleen and Charles met while he was in the United States Air Force in Washington, 1959. Together, the loving couple and caring parents of 4 were married just shy of 58 years. Colleen treasured birthdays, family gatherings, crabs, football, baseball, and wine.

She is survived by her children; Steven Palmer (Connie), David Palmer (Martha), Pam Palmer, and Teresa Friedman (Allen). Siblings; Patricia Achi and Harry (Skip) Kuhn. Grandchildren; Alexander and Candace Friedman, Anna, Charlie, and Nona Palmer, along with many nieces and nephews.

Colleen will be reunited with her husband in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Calvert Hospice; P.O.
