Survived by husband, Mike Frank; daughters, Melinda Frank and Jennifer Sodren; granddaughter, Meghan Frank; sister, Carol Mammenga; brother, David Jorgenson; and other loving family and friends. Connie loved animals, flowers, camping, traveling, reading, and sewing. She was loved by many and will be deeply missed.

Mass of Christian Burial, Tuesday May 1st, 10:30AM at Epiphany Catholic Church, 11001 Hanson Blvd. NW, Coon Rapids, with visitation one hour prior. Visitation also Monday April 30th, 5-8PM at Washburn-McReavy Coon Rapids Chapel, 1827 Coon Rapids Blvd.
