Constance “Connie” Ann Gabbott Anderson (82), passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her family on January 18th, 2019. Connie is survived by her husband of 60 years Otto Lee Anderson, son Gene Anderson (Melonie), daughter Nadine Steinfeldt (Randy), son Gary Anderson, (Walnetta), son Brent Anderson (Hollie), daughter Barbara James (Dan), son Russell Anderson (Mikalene) and “adopted” children Connie and Craig Richins, who frequently took great care of Connie and Otto, 26 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, her sister Kaye Carlson (Paul), and many nieces and nephews. Connie was preceded in death by her parents John Hopper, and Ruth Edith Gabbott, and grandson Justin Grass.

All who knew Connie will deeply miss her love of life, kind heart, and contagious laugh. Our family would like to thank Laneia “Nini” Taunaholo for the tender, 24-hour care she provided. Nini loved our mother and continues to love our father.

We love and appreciate all she has done. We would also like to thank the Hospice and Homecare professionals who helped with Mom’s care. A viewing will be held Friday, January 25th from 6-8 pm at the LDS Church Building located at 1300 East and 13400 South in Draper, Utah.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, January 26th, 2019, located at the LDS Church Building, 1300 East and 13400 South in Draper, Utah. Services will begin with a viewing from 9:30 – 10:30 am, with funeral services to follow directly after at 11 am. Interment, Murray City Cemetery, 5490 South Vine Street.
