Constance “Connie” Whitaker, 61, of Bluefield, WV, passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital. She was born February 27, 1958 in Clinton, IA to the late Robert & Betty Geiger Rose. Survivors include her children Brandy Horton, Ryan Horton, Adam Horton, Jessica Hopkins, Kai Nurrieum (Hannah Nurrieum), and grandchildren Ashlie Horton, and Makail, Joshua, and Elena Nurrieum.

At the request of her family, she has been cremated. Professional services are under the direction of Smith Funeral & Cremation Care of Westover.
