Obituary for Cornell Jones Cornell Jones departed his life early Saturday morning on July 14th, 2018. Cornell Jones was born August 9, 1965. He was the 5th child of Ruth Jones and Robert Jones.

Cornell attended Bushwick High school. Cornell was happy, fun and an outgoing person. He loved to dance.

His smile would jst light up a room. He was a comedian. “Bling Bling” is what they called him in his building because of all the jewelry he wore.

He was a sweet and kind person. He was 6’4 handsome and a sharp dresser from head to toe. He was a 33-35 legend that saved lives and to know him was to love him.

He was a construction worker. He also worked as a messenger who loved to ride his bike. Cornell was very active.

He loved kids. He alway did something with his daughter and nieces. Cornell was preceded in death by his brother, Eddie Jones.

He leaves behind his mother, Ruth Jones, and father Robert Jones, one daughter, Chanell Sessoms, granddaughter Arriana Richardson, brother Lee Jones, 5 sisters; Jeanette,Debbie,Latanya,Sherri and Cheryl Jones, brother -in-law Eddie Moore. He leaves behind 15 nieces and nephews. 16 Great nieces and nephews and a host of uncles, aunts and plenty of family and friends.
