OBITUARY Coy Bennett August 7, 1934 – February 1, 2019 Coy Bennett of Dallas, Texas passed away on February 1, 2019. He was born in Dallas, Texas on August 7, 1934. Coy graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School, served in the U.S Navy for 2 years, and received his Drafting Accreditation from SMU.

He married his wife Ruby on June 1, 1958, and the two were married for 60 years. Coy worked in drafting and management for Lone Star Gas for 45 years. He was a member of Lakeside Baptist Church, where he taught 3rd Grade Sunday School.

He had a passion for church, family, friends, photography, woodworking, sports, and chocolate candy. He is survived by a legacy of family, friends, and countless lives he touched over his long life. Visitation for Coy will be held at Sparkman-Crane Funeral Home at 11 am on February 4, 2019.

Funeral Service will follow at 12 pm.
