OBITUARY Cynthia Ann Kessinger March 12, 1966 – January 19, 2019 Cynthia Ann Kessinger, 52, of Plant City, Florida born on March 12, 1966 entered into eternal rest on January 19, 2019, at home with her family. She is survived by her loving parents Erby and Mary Carter; siblings, RoseAnna Robbins (James), Melinda Carter, and Erby Carter III (Jessica) and her nieces two Samantha Adair and Crystal Tidwell (James). She will be most remembered for her ability to make people laugh without having to say a word.

A Celebration of Cynthia’s Life will be held at 1:00 pm, Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at Wells Memorial, 1903 W Reynolds St, Plant City. Visitation will be held one hour prior, from 12:00-1:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be held in Mount Enon Cemetery.
