Ms. Lowe was born in Americus, GA on April 30, 1952 to the late George Wiggins and Eva Mae Wiggins. She was a loving mother and homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her 3 daughters and sons in law, Amy Lawson(John), Laurie McCullough(Jason) and Eva Mae DeJesus(Joseph); brothers and sister in law, Thomas Rocky Wiggins(Patti) and Joseph Giddens; sister and brother in law, Tonia Parkerson Turner(Chris); 11 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 29, 2018 from 2 PM till 4 PM at Hartman Jones Funeral Home, 1801 Delaware Ave.
