Cynthia (Cindy) J. Guillaron, of Wintersville, OH, was taken home to be with the Lord on Friday August 31, 2018. She was born August 2, 1960 in Steubenville, OH, to the late William T. Avliv and Arzella M. (Peters) Alvis. Cindy was a lifelong member of The Women of the Moose.

During this membership, Cindy served on numerous committees raising funds for many community charities. Cindy has a kind hearted soul and fun loving personality. She would help anyone in need.

Not only did she enjoy helping others but she had a special place in her heart for any animal in need. Cindy was a retiree of the Dietary Department of Trinity Medical Center East. She was preceded in death by her husband, Victor Guillaron; her parents, William and Arzella Alvis; her brother, William (Bill) Alvis; her sisters, Shelia Alvis, Joan (Jake) Alvis, Patricia (Sue) Norris, and Linda Lemasters.

She is survived by her son, Shane (Dawn) Alvis of Mingo Jct. , OH; her granddaughters, Maddison Alvis and Kyliana Norris; her grandson, Layne Highley; her sisters, Sharon (Darlene) Hoover of Steubenville, OH, Kathy (Willard) Mills of Wintersville, OH, and Deborah (Debbie) Kopras of Wintersville, OH. Cindy is also survived by her best friend, Hope (Hopey Dopey) and many nieces and nephews.

Cindy’s lighthearted and laid back outlook on life will be missed and remembered by everyone who she has touched throughout her journey. Per Cindy’s wishes there will be no services. Send condolences online at www.
