Survived by her husband Justin Ibana, daughter Jhazrine Monigue Ibana, mother Judith Ramos Bermudes, father Fred Jaxonillo Bermudez, brother Justine Fred Bermudez, and her two sisters Karla & Grace Bermudez, numerous uncles, aunts & cousins. Friends may visit with the family on Saturday June 16, 2018 at Holy Cross Church in Kalaheo from 8:30 am to 10:15 am.

Where mass will be celebrated at 10:30 am. Burial to follow at Hanapepe public cemetery.
