Obituary for Dale Edmond Welch Dale Edmond Welch, 71 of East Ridge, Tennessee passed away on Thursday August 30, 2018. A former Resident of Indianapolis he was a resident of the Chattanooga area for the last nine years. He enjoyed his time spent in the outdoors, being a jokester, and playing a game of pool in his downtime.

He is preceded in death by his Parents, Harold Welch and Mary Lou (Welch) Phelps. Also, Dale is preceded in death by his Brothers Gene Welch, and Mark Welch, and his Sister Darlene Herrell. Dale is survived by his Children, Rick Semmelroth, Nichole Welch, and Chris Welch, several Grandchildren, and his Step Mother, Maxine Welch He is also survived by his Brothers Danny Welch, David Welch, and Michael Welch, and his sisters Marilyn (Marvin) Morris Sr., Marsha Felke, Linda Anderson, Barbra Cox, And Becky Gordon and several Nieces and Nephews.
