Mr. Barr is survived by his son & daughter-in-law, Ken Barr & Jane; daughter & son-in-law, Rhonda Barr Meyerhoff & Brent; brother, James W. Barr; sister, Peggy Barr Percival; and grandchildren, Dalton Meyerhoff, Bryson Meyerhoff, Caroline Meyerhoff and Thomas Barr. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carrie Jean Stinson Barr; parents, Rachel Wright Barr and Kenneth B. Barr; and brother, Donald F. Barr.

Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Friday, February 1, 2019 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with Masonic graveside services following in Peaceful Acres Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Wayne Sharpe and Randy Breedlove will be officiating.
