Dan Ashley, age 61, died on July 27, 2018 following a sudden illness. Dan was a business owner and operator, he also worked for several construction companies here in Grand Junction, as well as, spending his early years of employment in the oil fields after returning from Vietnam. Dan was an avid outdoors man, enjoying hunting with his family and friends, camping and 4-wheeling.

Dan was a man who knew no strangers and was always the first there to lend a helping hand to whomever needed it. His joy and happiness for life was contagious. Dan is preceded in death by his father Jesse Northern Ashley, and his two brothers Roger Ashely and James Ashely.

He is survived by his wife Paula Ashley and his son Jesse (Chelsea) Ashley and grandchildren; Amberlynn and Brayden. His mother Irene Stevens and two brothers Ron (Angie) Ashley and Randy (Michelle) Sills. Memorial Services will be held Friday, August 3, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Brown’s Funeral Services, 904 N. 7th Street, Grand Junction, CO.

A celebration of life will follow at the Ashley Home.
