DANA RUTH STEVENS – 39 FORT WORTH, TEXAS – Services will be held 1pm, Friday, December 7, 2018 at Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church oh Himrod Ave. for Ms. Dana R. Stevens, 39, of Fort Worth, Texas, who passed away November 26, 2018. Ms. Stevens was born March 26, 1979 in Youngstown, Ohio to David Stevens and Cathy Williams-Darnell.

She attended Immaculate Conception School and East High School. Dana was a graduate of Raphael’s Beauty School of Cosmetology. She worked as an instructor at ITS Academy of Beauty in Fort Worth, Texas and as a Floor Director.

Dana enjoyed the fashion industry, doing hair and makeup. She was the owner of the Pretty Plug online distribution. Dana loved spending time with her grandchildren, Cartier Valentin, Larayna Ortiz and her newest grandson Carter Clark.

She leave to cherish her memory, her sons, Raymond Ortiz, Davian Cruz, and Evon Cruz; daughters, Rayvenn Ortiz, Robynn Carter and Trinity Stevens; step-father Lester Darnell, all of Youngstown, and a host of relatives and friends. Dana is preceded in death by her grandparents, Bill and Louise Stevens and Arthur and Ruth B. Williams. Family and friends may visit from 12pm to 1pm Friday at the Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church, 1210 Himrod Ave.

Youngstown, Ohio. All arrangements have been entrusted to the Director’s at Conley & VandenBerg Funeral Home.
