Daneen’s Obituary Daneen Lemoine (Davis) Maniscalco, 81, of Davie, Florida, passed away on December 30, 2018 at her home in Davie surrounded by loved ones. Daneen was born in Alloy, West Virginia to Clarence Edward and Eloise Rippetoe Davis on January 15, 1937. She attended Gauley Bridge High School where she was a majorette in 1954 & 1955.

In 1956 she married Howard Andrew Cook, Sr in Alloy, West Virginia and had 3 children Kymothy Marie, Howard Andrew Jr “Andy”, and Samuel Lee (Deceased). In 1968, Daneen remarried Carmen Joseph Maniscalco of New Jersey in West Palm Beach, FL. Member of the CO-ED softball team the Busters and Trolls.

Member of Broward County Pct T018 election team from 1999 thru 2016. She also worked many years as a sales associate for Macy’s Corp. in the Ralph Lauren department.

Her major love was that of a wife, home maker raising 3 children. After raising her children, she went to California to pursue an acting career during which time she acquired her AFTRA and SAG credentials. Daneen is preceded in death by her parents Clarence and Eloise Davis, 1st husband Howard Andrew Cook, son Samuel Lee Cook, brother in law Eugene Angus and nephew Thomas Eugene Angus, son-in-law Harrison S Holland III.

Daneen is survived by her beloved husband Carmen, loving children Kymothy, Andy (spouse Barbara), granddaughters Loren Elizabeth (Brad Freitas) of Houston, TX, Katherine Elizabeth Hofland (Lance …. ) of Panama City, FL, grandson Robert Andrew Cook of Houston, TX , great grandsons Logan Andrew and Mason Bradley Freitas of Houston, TX and great granddaughter Avery Marie Cook of Houston, TX. , sister Donna Sue “Davis” Angus of Buckhannon, WV, nephews Timothy Eugene Angus of Corryton, Tn.

, Tony Angus of Buckhannon, WV. There will be a private family service on January, 4, 2018. The family of Daneen wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Trustbridge Hospice for their compassion in our deepest time of need.
