Mr. Daniel Anthony Marbell Sr., 86 of Erwin, passed away on Friday, May 10, 2019, at his home. Mr. Marbell’s funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 14, 2019, at 2 pm. at Erwin First Baptist Church of Erwin.

Rev. Thomas Greene will be officiating the service. Interment will follow at Erwin Memorial Park.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 14, 2019, at Erwin First Baptist Church one hour prior to the funeral service. Mr. Marbell is survived by his sons, Danny Marbell Jr. and fiance Lynn Coleman of Fuquay-Varina, Timmy Marbell and wife Brenda of Erwin, a great-grandson, Mason Dilts, sisters, Hattie Harmon of Prospect, Pennsylvania, Loretta McIntyre of Granger, Indiana, Marie Lachowski of Warren, Ohio. Mr. Marbell is preceded in death by his parents, Anthony and Viola Marbell, wife, Christine S. Marbell, and brother, Arthur Marbell.
