Obituary for Daniel G. Starta Sr. On Tuesday, September 4, 2018, Daniel G. Starta, Sr., age 87, formerly of Level Green, PA. Beloved husband of 53 years to the late Mary Jane (Jackson) Starta; father of Daniel G. (Theresa) Starta Jr. , Christopher D. (Mary) Starta, Martin V. (Leesa) Starta, Sr. and Mary Ann (David) Shinsky; grandfather of Ryley, Logan, Kayla, Eric, Martin Jr. (Natalie), Samantha (Wayne), Jessica, Jackson and Layne; great grandfather of Martin, III and Tobias. Daniel was a longtime employee of Elliott Company of Jeanette, an avid sports fan, he loved gardening and was a proud father and grandfather.

Friends received Thursday 4-8pm at the Lawrence T. Miller Funeral Home, Inc., 460 Lincoln Avenue, Bellevue. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday 10 am at the Church of the Assumption, 45 N. Sprague Avenue, Bellevue. In lieu of flowers, memorials suggested to the American Cancer Society.
