Weber, 89, of Shelter Valley Rd. Newfield, died January 11, 2019, at the Cortland Park Nursing Home. Born in Ithaca November 3, 1929.

Daniel was veteran and served in the Army. A lifelong resident of Tompkins County. He retired from Borg Warner after 46 years of service, Danny was an avid sportsman loved Golf, Bowling, playing cards, the Ravens, and the Celtics.

Survivors include his wife Geraldine P. Weber which they just celebrated their 66th year of marriage, also sons, David Weber of Newfield, Paul Weber and Mary Weber daughter in law of Cincinnatus, Grandchildren, Great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Deeply loved by his family, respected in the community, and a friend to many. A Celebration of life and memorial service will held privately by the family at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ithaca’s Meals on Wheels or the American Heart Association in Danny’s name.
