On Monday, September 24, 2018, Daniel John Czubak, age 86, passed from this world. He left behind his beloved wife, Mary, of 61 years, who has now joined him once again. Daniel was born on June 25, 1932 to John and Angeline Czubak.

He is the loving father of Christine, Michael, Lisa, Angela, and Mary, grandfather of Roberta, Brian, Alicia and Xander, and great-grandfather of 6. Daniel’s greatest love was his family, his faith, photography, nature, and art. Daniel graduated from the Art Institute of Chicago and was also drafted and served honorably in the U.S. Army.

He was a designer, artist and photographer. He loved to travel and immerse himself in the cultures that he visited. Visitation Friday, November 16, 3-7 p.m. at Ryan-Parke Funeral Home, 120 S. Northwest Hwy.

Park Ridge. Funeral Saturday, 9:30 a.m. from funeral home to St. Paul of the Cross Church, Park Ridge. Mass 10 a.m. Private Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
