Obituary for Daniel Owen Case II Daniel Owen Case II, 39, of Maple City, unexpectedly went to be with his Creator and son Anthony, on Sunday December 2, 2018. Daniel was born on October 19, 1979 to Daniel Owen Case and Cathryn (Egeler) Davidson in St. Joseph, MI. Almost fourteen years ago he met the love of his life Kristyn Case and they have been inseparable ever since.

They together have shared a lifetime of blessings and have held each other close during their hardships. Together they raised three wonderful children; Anthony, Hunter and Lilly Ann. He loved being in nature any chance he could and had a strong passion for hunting and fishing.

Daniel worked at Molon Excavating for over 13 years and had earned the respect for all that worked alongside him. Daniel has always been a hard dedicated worker to provide for his family and friends. He was a mentor to many, and his perfectionistic ways were what we all relied on and appreciated.

He had a heart of gold and his compassion for others showed daily. His faith in God and endless love for his family and friends will always be treasured and never forgotten. Daniel’s one of a kind “joker smile” will be cherished forever.

He was one of the most compassionate and caring men in the world. Right behind his respect and love for his faith are that for his family and friends. He would do anything for anyone without hesitation.

Daniel is survived and missed dearly by his wife Kristyn Michele, his children, Hunter Owen and Lilly Ann Case; his parents Cathryn (Jeff) Davidson, Dan Case and David Irwin, his siblings Dawn (Jesse) Schopieray and David (Alyssa) Irwin. Daniel is also survived by grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and a community who will hold him in their hearts forever. The service celebrating Daniel’s life will begin at 11 a.m. Friday, December 7, 2018 at West Side Community Church, with Pastor John Clark officiating.

Visitation will begin at the church one hour prior to the service. A luncheon will immediately follow the service. Please share your favorite memories of Daniel by visiting his online tribute page at www.
