Danny’s Obituary Mr. Danny Ray Mangrum, age 65, a resident of Columbia, passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at NHC HealthCare, Columbia. The family will celebrate his life with services at a later date. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on February 27, 1954 in Mt. Pleasant, Danny was the son of the late Lelon J.B. Mangrum and the late Lorene Clifton Mangrum. He served his country in the United States Navy and worked as a machinist for Brooks Machine.

Danny enjoyed riding motorcycles and collecting guns and knives. He was of the Church of Christ faith. He is survived by his daughters: Kelly Rebecca Mangrum and Emily Kaye Mangrum both of Huntsville, AL; brother: J.B. (Deborah) Mangrum of Dickson, TN; and sisters: Theresa (Doug) Yant of Columbia and Kathy Lynn (Jerry) Becker of Columbia.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Terry Lee Mangrum; and sister: Wanda Kay Davis.
