Darrell S. Arnett 70 of Orient passed away at home surrounded by his family. He was born Nov. 7, 1948 in Columbus to the late James and Lillian (Stange) Arnett.

Darrell was in the auto body repair business for many years and worked for Don’s Body Shop for over 20 years. Preceded by numerous brothers and sisters. Survived by his wife of 50 years, Beverly N. (Russell); 3 children, Sandy Childers , Rebecca Arnett , and Darrell (Debbe) Arnett; grandchildren, Jesse, Ashley, Kimberly, Juston, Tori, D.J., and Stephanie; brother Daniel .

The family will receive friends from 12 noon until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. on Tues. Dec. 11, 2018 at the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville with Rick Kulich officiating.

Interment will follow in Beckett Cemetery, Commercial Point.
