David is preceded in death by his parents; one son, David Clark Jr.;two siblings, Nancy Clark and Susan Rounsaville; one grandson, Joshua Page.
He is survived by his loving wife, Sabrina Clark; two children, Steve (Jennifer) Clark and Beth (Oliver) Page; three grandchildren: Emi, Tyler and Ella; two siblings: Mike Clark and Thelma Foster. Visitation will be Friday, December 7, 2018, 11am at Forrest Funeral Home with the memorial service to follow at 12:00 in Forrest Chapel. Interment will be at Highland Cemetery.
