He is survived by his wife Lisa Ibach-Koch; his children Christopher Eckman (Amanda) of Carthage, MO, Ashley Garman of Wichita, KS, Ryan Eckman of Wichita, KS, Stephanie Eckman of Jacksonville, FL and Shianne Koch of Emporia, KS; his parents David Calvin Koch Sr. of Princeton, MO, Carolyn Sue Beavers of Farmington, NM and step mother Carolyn Irvin of NM; his siblings Diane Koch of Farmington, NM, Preston Beavers II of Wichita, KS, James Beavers (Vania) of Murray, KY, Reva Beavers-Shafer (Nick) of Wichita, KS and Joseph Sekavec of Wichita, KS; along with 7 grandchildren. The family has chosen cremation with a memorial service to take place at a later date.
