He leaves behind a wife, Barbara Crabtree of Murray; three daughters, Nickole Crabtree, Angela Crabtree and Donna Crabtree; a sister, Mary Crabtree; one grandchild, David Crabtree; a niece; Annie Smith of Madisonville and nephew; Robert Crabtree of Cadiz.
