Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, March 29, 2019 at the Delaney Funeral Home in Marceline, burial will be in the New Boston Cemetery. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service Friday at the funeral home. David was born October 3, 1956 in Gloversville, New York to George and Mary (Wilcox) Bills.

David was a delivery service driver, and had a degree in Theology. He is survived by his partner, Raphael Gray of Independence, and 2 brothers, Keith Bills of Gloversville, New York and George Bills of Liberty, Tennessee. He was preceded in death by his parents.
