David’s Obituary David Hval Swanson, age 74, resident of Coon Rapids, MN and Mesa, AZ, passed away peacefully after a long illness in Phoenix, AZ on Thursday, May 2nd, 2019. He was born on January 22nd, 1945 in Moose Lake, MN to A. Mauritz and Elizabeth (Hval) Swanson. He graduated from Moose Lake High School in 1963, attended Dunwoody Institute and retired at Local 292 Electrical Union, Minneapolis.

David is survived by his son, Justin (Crista) Swanson and their children, Ryan, Dustin, Brittney, and Charlotte, along with three great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Alyana, and Lloyd; daughter, Jessica Swanson; longtime companion, Darlene Anderson; sister, Barbara (Richard) Skogg of Duluth; two nephews; and many cousins. A private family inurnment will take place at Riverside Cemetery in Moose Lake at a later date.
