Obituary for David Joseph Eddis David “Tiger” Joseph Eddis, was born on November 10, 1942 in Philadelphia, PA. David was predeceased by his parents, William Sr. and Alice Eddis (nee McMahon), and his brother Dennis Eddis. David is survived by his brother William Eddis Jr. (Catherine) and his sister Patricia Fortino (Ernie).

He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews, seventeen great nieces and nephews and nine great-great nieces and nephews. David enjoyed life to its fullest. He enjoyed walking everywhere and talking about his friends growing up in the old neighborhood of Swamp-poodle at 26th and Cambria Streets.

David was an Honorably Discharged Veteran of the United States Army. He truly enjoyed spending time at the Veterans Administration Hospital talking with fellow veterans about their time of service to our country. David will be missed for his love of walking, telling stories, his laugh and his loyalty to his family and friends.
