David L Farley, “Dave” 95, left this phase of existence on November 13, 2018 surrounded by loving family. He was born in Pennsylvania and came to Delaware after serving in the Marine Corps. “Husky Farley” was a flamethrower in World War II.

He was a devoted and loving husband to Pearl Lacey, his wife of 71 years and a loving and fun filled father, grandfather and great grandfather. He didn’t know a stranger and anyone who was lucky enough to know him knew they were lucky to know him. He was preceded in death by his parents, his oldest brother Albert and youngest brother Jack.

He is survived by his family loving wife Pearl, his devoted children, Bonnie and Dave, grandchildren Heather (Andy) Johnson, SSGT Adam (Dee) Stanley, David and Jason Farley, great grandsons Connor Lee and Abel. Arrangements are private. Letters of condolences can be sent via www.
