David Leach, age 71 of LaFollette went home to be with Lord Thursday, March 28, 2019. He was born January 30, 1948 to the late Rev. Ralph and Alice (Ford) Leach.

He was of the Baptist faith. David enjoyed playing golf, woodworking, and photography. He was known by all of his favorite people as “Poppy”.

He is survived by wife of 36 years, Betty Leach of LaFollette, sons Lynn Leach & wife Timeka of Andersonville, stepsons Don Perry & wife Sharon, Chris Perry & wife Angela, all of LaFollette, grandchildren Carly Leach, Raelyn Leach, Riley Perry, and Brian Perry, sister Deanna Asbury of Jacksboro, and a host of other relatives & friends. Visitation will be 5-7 PM Saturday, March 30, 2019 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home followed by funeral service at 7 PM with Rev. Bo Freeman officiating.

Friends and family will meet 1:15 PM Sunday, March 31, 2019 at Martin Wilson Funeral Home to go in procession to Bakers Forge Cemetery for the 2 PM interment.
