Kelly, 54, of Lopatcong Township passed away Monday, April 29, 2019 in the Brakeley Park Center. Born September 8, 1964 in Phillipsburg he was the son of Richard and Natalie (Forsyth) Kelly of Lopatcong Township. He was a graduate of Warren County Technical High School and served in the US Army.

He enjoyed motorcycles and Nascar. In addition to his parents he is survived by a brother Richard Kelly (Sandy) of Phillipsburg; two sisters Alice Painter (Mike) of Alpha and Sarah Heckman (Rich) of Allentown; sister-in-law Laneta Bell of Allentown; many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by two brothers Jesse Bell and Leigh Bell.

Funeral services are private. There are no calling hours. The family requests memorials to the American Cancer Society.
