Obituary for David Mandichak David Mandichak, age 67, of Painesville, passed away December 11, 2018. He was born in Johnstown, PA, on August 11, 1951, to the late George and Mary Frances Mandichak. He was a man of faith and love who enriched the lives of those who knew him with his gifts of service and love.

A tremendous loss is felt by all of those who were blessed and honored to know him. He was a proud and loving brother, uncle and cherished friend to many. David proudly retired after 30 years of dedicated service within the social services of Drug and Alcohol Recovery.

David was a dignified friend of Bill and Bob’s for 37 years. David is survived by his brother, Scott (Donna) Mandichak of Westminster, MD and sister, Tina (Dean) Lecrone of Frederick MD, nieces, Monica (Jeff) Mylar of Canton, MS, Miranda (Lee) Thomas of Stanton, VA, Jessica Melotti of Columbia, MD, nephew, Luke (Marsha) Mandichak of Craigsville, VA and a great-nephew, Julius Neff of Camp Lejeune, NC and former spouse, Cheryl Wolfhope of Pittsburg, PA. He was preceded in death by his brother, George Mandichak Jr. Friends will be received on Saturday, December 29, 2018 from 1 to 5pm at the Monreal Funeral Home, 35400 Curtis Blvd.
