Survived by his loving and devoted wife, Karen, his brother Bill (Carol), his nephews Guy, Ryan (Molly) and Bill (Jaymie), Karen’s sister Marcia (Gayland) Regier and nieces Paula Heinz (Bryan), Ann and John Regier, all of Beatrice, Nebraska.

Dave graduated from Saint Paul Academy (1954) and Harvard University (1958). As put by one of his many close friends, “he showed us the way to handle the curve balls that life throws -in this case Parkinson’s – with grace, a positive spirit, lots of Chopin and a good sense of humor”.
