David is survived by his loving father, David Lee Grove and step-mother, Linda Grove, his beloved mother, Karen Sue (nee Runyan) Slayback and step-father, Dave Slayback, dear sister, Sharon Metcalf, caring nieces, Keri Grove, Sheri Grove and nephew, David Metcalf. Also survived by many dear friends. A memorial service will be held at 7 PM on Wednesday, April 25 at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt.

28, Goshen, where friends will be received from 6 PM until the time of service. Tufts Schildmeyer Cremation Services caring for the family.
