David S. Ring Sr., 61, of Station Street, Coventry, RI, passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at home. Born on February 10, 1958 in Warwick, RI, he was the husband of Diane M. (Senerchia) Ring. They were married for thirty eight years.

He was the son of Claire M. (Lefebvre) Ring and the late Emery L. Ring Sr. David was an operator for Bradford Soap, West Warwick, RI for fifteen years leaving due to illness. Besides his wife and mother David is survived by a son; David S. Ring Jr., two brothers; Peter Ring and Emery Ring Jr., a sister; Laurie DeSousa, six grandchildren; Raymond, Ethan, Cameron, Alysha, Nathan, Jaelynn, a great grandson; Mason and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased two brothers; Dale Ring and Paul Ring and two sisters; Phyllis A. Paradis and Brenda Waters.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at 2:00 pm in the Gorton-Menard Funeral Home & Crematory, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI. Calling hours will be held prior from 12:00 (noon) to 2:00 pm. Burial will be private.
